Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can find my email address at the top of the legal notice.

I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings with a consumer dispute resolution service.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my content on these pages according to § 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of becoming aware of a particular law infringement. As soon as I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

My service contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents I have no control. Therefore I cannot be held accountable for these external contents. The respective provider or owner of the sites is responsible for the content of the linked sites at all times. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful contents were not apparent at the time of linking.

However, continuous monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonably possible without evidence of a law infringement. Once I become aware of any infringements, I will remove such links immediately.
